Product Sale, Shipping, Returns & Disclaimer Policy
Please read this policy before ordering gemstones, Rudraksha or other spiritual products from Divine Jyotish.
Product information and natural variation
Photographs, weights, dimensions, colour and appearance help identify a product. Natural gemstones, Rudraksha and handmade or natural spiritual items can vary in colour, inclusions, texture, shape and appearance. Screen settings and photography can also affect colour.
Astrological and spiritual guidance
Astrological, gemstone, Rudraksha, ritual and spiritual descriptions are based on traditional beliefs and interpretive practices. They do not guarantee financial, professional, relationship, health, legal or other outcomes and are not a substitute for qualified professional advice.
Authenticity and certification
Any certification, laboratory report, origin, treatment status, metal purity or other product-specific representation applies only when expressly supplied with that particular item.
Prices, stock and order acceptance
Prices and stock may change. The cart checks the latest published inventory and prevents a customer from increasing quantity beyond available stock. Cart contents do not reserve inventory. Final availability must be revalidated when an order is placed and again before payment is captured once online payments are enabled.
Shipping and delivery
Dispatch and delivery estimates are indicative and may be affected by courier operations, location, weather, public restrictions and other circumstances outside reasonable control. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery details.
Returns, cancellation and damaged goods
Eligibility may depend on item condition and whether it was customised, energised, resized, mounted or otherwise prepared specifically for the customer, subject to applicable consumer law. Incorrect, damaged or materially different items should be reported promptly with packaging, photographs and supporting evidence retained.
Care, use and safety
Products should be used and cared for appropriately. Keep small items away from young children and use incense, lamps or combustible products with suitable fire precautions. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised alteration or failure to follow care instructions is not covered.
Payments and fraud
When online payments are introduced, use only the payment provider displayed at checkout. Divine Jyotish will never require a card PIN, OTP or banking password. Customers should verify that they are using the official Divine Jyotish website before paying.
Contact and disputes
Questions about an item, order, return or complaint can be submitted through the Contact page. Order records, product descriptions, payment records and written communications may be used to resolve a dispute. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
